		<description>I  am not very clear on this particular issue. This is because other says one need to consult a doctor before taking supplements. one on the other hand says she didnot consult a doctor before taking it and it was quite successful. So of the two methods is advisible for high blood patience?</description>

		<description>It should now give some of those who have the beleive that in places like this, health issues are no handdled with herbs at all. However I think herbs give the best solution to health problems.</description>

		<description>I suffer from severe lumbar spinal stenosis. Having blood coagulation problems (living on coumadin, elastic stockings, etc), age 73), spinal surgery is not recommended by the specialists.
